We pride ourselves in the unique & individual flavours captured in every jar of honey we sell.
Not all honeys are created equal & each comb of honey in the hive will contain pollen & honey foraged from many different nectar sources throughout the year thus producing a rich array of potential flavours.
By extracting frames individually we are able to capture subtly different flavours for each batch of honey.
