SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to process your honey order within 2 working days of the date the order is paid for & then we use Royal Mail 2nd Class post or Courier depending on the weight to get it to you at the most economical price.
Pricing starts from as little as £3.95 for Postage & Packaging.
(which should cover you for 3 of the 12oz Jars or 4 of the smaller 8oz jars)
After all good things are worth the wait.... If you're in a rush let us know as we will see what we can do....
COLLECTION POLICY
Although in many cases collection can be made the same day as the order is placed it is best to allow 24 hours to be on the safe side. Sometimes it gets a little busy here and it's not always possible to turn orders around quite as quickly as we'd like.
As soon as your order is ready you will receive an email with the happy news...
Return & Exchange Policy
We are so confident that you will love our honey that we offer a full refund if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order & it can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
As soon as the jar is safely back with us then your refund will be processed.
Unfortunately we can't refund the cost of sending the goods unless you have the rare misfortune of damaged jars when they arrive with you. Please take a quick snap shot of the damage so we can process your refund or replacement immediately.
